Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Global Project Specialist to drive medium-budget, high-complexity transactional projects within the PMO. You will bridge global strategy and Asia Pacific execution, optimizing processes, managing resources, and aligning master data across regions.

This role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and at least 4 years in PMO or process optimization, with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 4 years in project/change management, PMO or process optimization.
• Experience navigating high-complexity, cross-functional global setups.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and steer complex global projects for transactional processes with a PMO focus.
• Prioritize and harmonize activities across global, regional, and local sites.
• Identify strategic process requirements and handovers to Process Owners.
• Drive change management and align master data structures with strategy.
• Coordinate data validation and drive project closures before go-live.
• Prepare project status updates for executives and steering committees.
• Develop country-specific training materials to ensure regional readiness.
