Job summary

Wise is seeking an Onboarding support professional in Kuala Lumpur to manage onboarding, relocation, and ongoing People team operations. You will coordinate with hiring leads to design adaptable onboarding plans and ensure smooth relocation processes for new joiners.

In addition, you will handle internal inquiries, maintain Confluence documentation, assist with payroll changes, and support global and local initiatives across the Wise organization, with a focus on efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in Shared Services or People team.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Early-stage knowledge of Malaysian employment law.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding plans with hiring leads and relocation for new joiners.
• Champion the People team’s ticketing desk and respond to queries.
• Process Workday actions and ensure onboarding/offboarding steps are completed.
• Maintain and update content on Confluence for transparency and consistency.
• Support Payroll with documentation and information for changes.
