Job summary

FedEx Malaysia is hiring a Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions. You will manage a team to ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery while partnering with HR, Finance, vendors, and business stakeholders.

The role drives payroll transformation, process improvements, system enhancements, and data-driven decision-making, including expatriate/inpat payroll and tax coordination. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of payroll experience with supervisory/managerial exposure.
• Strong knowledge of payroll operations, tax compliance, and multi-country environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations and governance for multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage a payroll team and ensure accurate, timely payroll processing.
• Develop and maintain payroll policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Drive payroll transformation, automation and data-driven decision making.
• Manage expatriate/inpat payroll, tax coordination and stock-related compensation issues.
