Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll across SEA and MENA regions. Based in Malaysia, you will ensure accurate, timely payroll runs, statutory compliance, and strong controls, partnering with Finance, HR, and Total Rewards.

You will drive standardization, automation, and process improvements, lead the payroll team, manage bonus cycles, and ensure regulatory filings across countries are completed accurately.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related discipline.
• 8–10+ years in payroll operations with multi-country SEA / MENA experience.
• Experience with SAP Payroll / S4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
• Strong knowledge of regional statutory requirements, payroll controls, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing across SEA/MENA including source-to-gross and gross-to-net.
• Ensure accurate, timely payroll runs and handle off-cycle payments.
• Manage payroll exceptions and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific statutory requirements and filings.
• Maintain payroll controls, approvals, reconciliations, and system interfaces.
• Support audits and provide payroll reporting and insights to stakeholders.
