Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end Order to Cash processes.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation and trade compliance.
• Strong coordination across suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of global orders from PO creation to invoicing.
• Coordinate cross-border shipments and documentation with suppliers and carriers.
• Ensure shipment status updates and KPIs are met.
• Maintain ERP records for GRN, batches, and inventory control.
• Support demand planning and inventory control as needed.
