Job summary
Netpoleon Solutions is seeking an Operations Executive to support order fulfilment, prepare sales and insurance documents, generate POS reports, and monitor shipping status for incoming orders. You will liaise with overseas departments and ensure timely processing.
The role requires a bachelor degree in accounting/finance/economics, strong English, proficiency in MS Office, and an organized, detail-oriented mindset. Working hours are 9am–6pm, Mon–Fri, with salary commensurate with qualifications.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
- Good Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Mathematically inclined and comfortable with numbers.
- Highly organised, meticulous and possesses positive working attitude.
- Able to remain focused whilst handling multiple tasks.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment with minimum supervision.
- Able to commit to work immediately or within short notice period will be an added advantage.
