Job summary

G-P is seeking a Forward Deployed Operations Manager to lead enterprise onboarding across multiple countries. You will sit at the intersection of enterprise project management, global employment compliance, and operational delivery to ensure smooth expansions and long-term customer success.

Responsibilities include end-to-end onboarding, serving as the primary operational partner for enterprise POCs, coordinating internal teams, and driving risk mitigation and platform adoption in a high-touch,

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Enterprise Implementation, Customer Onboarding, Technical Project Management, or Operations Delivery—ideally in EOR, Payroll, Global HR Tech, or SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end, multi-country EOR onboarding programs from HR Operations perspective for enterprise clients.
• Serve as primary operational partner for enterprise Customer POCs during project implementation.
• Coordinate with internal HR Ops regional teams and Sales to align resources.
• Navigate international labor laws, visa/immigration requirements, benefits administration, and localized contracts.
• Translate in-country operational nuances into clear action plans while adhering to local regulations.
• Identify and resolve blockers, regulatory risks, and payroll delays across jurisdictions.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to bridge delivery with account growth.
• Drive platform adoption and white-glove onboarding for international employees.
• Escalate and resolve complex operational inquiries quickly.
• Document and refine implementation playbooks and scalable workflows.
• Feed enterprise requirements back into the roadmap with Product/Engineering.
