Job summary

G-P is a remote-first global employment platform helping enterprises onboard and manage teams across 180+ countries. The Forward Deployed Operations Manager (FD-OM) leads multi-country onboarding end-to-end, aligning HR ops, customer success, and sales to deliver a seamless, high-touch delivery model for large clients.

You will navigate international labor laws, ensure compliance, and drive platform adoption while mitigating risks and accelerating time-to-first-payroll.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Enterprise Implementation or related roles.
• Experience with multi-country onboarding and complex projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of global employment mechanics is a plus.
• Experience with PMP or Agile frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end, multi-country onboarding programs for enterprise clients.
• Serve as primary operational partner for enterprise POCs.
• Coordinate internal HR Ops with Customer Success and Sales.
• Navigate international labor laws and payroll setup across jurisdictions.
• Identify and mitigate regulatory risks and blockers.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to feed enterprise client requirements into roadmaps.
