Job summary

Alfa Laval in Malaysia is seeking an Inside Sales professional to drive sales in the Ocean Division. You will provide direct customer support, prepare complex quotations, and deliver advance technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, you will follow established processes, use CRM tools effectively, identify upselling opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Degree in Marine Engineering a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow established sales processes to promote Alfa Laval products and services.
• Identify parts/products needed by customer and prepare quotes.
• Create and actively follow up transactional quotes.
• Proactively look for upselling opportunities.
• Follow up on quotes to ensure value matches customer needs.
• Use the CRM and other tools to support the sales process.
