Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a Service Package Sales colleague to support the development and implementation of Marine Service Packages globally. You will translate technical input into clear commercial structures, coordinate stakeholders across regions and help turn concepts into practical tools for Sales Companies.

This hands-on role focuses on organizing package content, maintaining documentation, and supporting a global framework across product groups, regions and business units.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in service sales, commercial support, sales support or related coordination roles.
• Ability to convert technical input into practical commercial content.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• Structured and pragmatic approach to assignments and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Collect service offering information from product groups and subject-matter experts.
• Translate technical content into clear, practical commercial structures.
• Prepare and maintain Service Package descriptions, templates, selection logic and documentation.
• Structure information on scope, deliverables, exclusions, service intervals and commercial conditions.
• Coordinate input across functions, Business Units, product groups, regions and field sales.
• Organize stakeholder meetings, document decisions and follow-up actions.
• Support development and maintenance of the global Marine Service Package framework.
• Ensure package content follows common principles, terminology and templates.
• Assist with configuring packages for specific customers, vessels or fleets.
• Maintain tools and documents such as package registers and schedules.
