Job summary

British American Tobacco (Malaysia) Berhad (BATM) is seeking an NPI Executive in Selangor, Malaysia, to support system readiness and operational delivery within the New Product Introduction function. The role reports to the Regional NPI Capability Manager and covers APMEA + Global Travel Retail.

The successful candidate will coordinate product and material code creation for new launches, monitor readiness activities, and collaborate with cross-functional and external partners to ensure timely

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in Project Management, Product Data Management, Marketing, Analytics, Planning, Supply Chain or Procurement.
Strong technical proficiency including advanced English communication and SAP experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and AI tools for productivity.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end product and material code creation for new launches and ensure cross-functional alignment.
Monitor system readiness activities, including code creation, recipe readiness, and data quality.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve bottlenecks and meet launch timelines.
Develop project plans, track schedules and costs, and maintain governance and reporting.
