Job summary

Blue Wireless is expanding its Global Customer Support (GSC) team in Malaysia. You will provide in-life support for wireless networks, install and troubleshoot routers, and document network configurations for global clients.

This role requires strong English communication, proactive problem solving, and readiness to work in a hybrid model across different time zones. Cisco/Juniper certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of IP networking fundamentals.
• Experience with routing protocols and troubleshooting.
• Cisco/Juniper certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise including installations, troubleshooting, deployment and configuring routers and other wireless network equipment.
• Develop and maintain documentation for the implemented network.
• Coordinate and manage incident resolution per SLA from initial report to closure.
• Serve as first line of support for global enterprise customers via calls, emails and tickets.
• Collaborate with other network support engineers across time zones.
