Job summary

Blue Wireless Pte. Ltd. in Malaysia is expanding its Global Customer Support network and seeks a Network Support engineer to provide in-life support for wireless services across global enterprise accounts.

You will install and troubleshoot routers and wireless equipment, document networks, coordinate with international teams, and manage incidents per SLA. English clear communication and teamwork are essential; 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of IP networking fundamentals and routing protocols.
• Certifications in Cisco and/or Juniper are advantageous.
• Knowledge of Peplink, HP Aruba switching and WiFi products is helpful.
• Clear professional English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise including installations, troubleshooting, deployment and configuring routers and other wireless network equipment.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation associated with the implemented network.
• First line of support for global enterprise customers via voice calls, emails and tickets.
• Take ownership and manage incident resolution for network issues from start to finish.
• Collaborate with other network support engineers across time zones to resolve malfunctions.
