Job summary

AIG Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Underwriter to support multinational programs and ensure timely, compliant delivery across the MN network.

You will liaise with Producing Offices, brokers/clients and Shared Service processing teams, and act as a trainer to underwriters on MN applications and tools. The role emphasizes collaboration, regulatory alignment and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience with Multinational / Global / Captive insurance programmes.
• Experience in Commercial Insurance / Asia PacBusiness Environment and Insurance Regulation.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Product and Multinational Network to ensure timely and compliant delivery of multinational programs.
• Manage communication with Producing Offices, brokers/clients and Shared Service Processing Teams.
• Act as trainer for Underwriters on Multinational process and tools; ensure best practices are shared.
• Collaborate with MN Network to meet customer needs and regulatory/service standards.
• Monitor service quality and escalate issues as needed.
