This full-time role requires 1–2 years of digital marketing experience, hands-on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), comfort with numbers, and a passion for testing ideas to improve results.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 1–2 years of digital marketing experience.
• Hands-on with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Understanding of CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL and conversion rate.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for courses, events and launches.
• Set up and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across platforms.
• Manage audiences, budgets, placements and retargeting.
• Monitor key metrics and report insights.
• Coordinate landing pages and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with Media and Sales teams to drive leads.
