Job summary

Smith+Nephew seeks a Program Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of a world-class manufacturing facility. You will ensure readiness across equipment, staffing, processes, and validation activities, working with the Managing Director and cross-functional stakeholders to hit milestones within scope, schedule, and budget.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, documentation, and leadership updates, with a focus on continuous improvement and alignment with business

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience managing complex projects from planning through delivery.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred; Agile training is an advantage.
• Proficiency in PMP, Prince2, or PMI methodologies and related tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing transfer and facility readiness projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and governance.
• Maintain project documentation, report status, track budget, and manage resources.
• Support strategic initiatives such as capital investments, operational excellence, and supply chain transformations.
