Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience; or Master’s with 6+ years’ experience.
• 6+ years of related experience in project management or program management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across manufacturing, order fulfillment, logistics, and engineering to ensure on-time delivery.
• Analyze data in SAP and shortage tools to identify, validate, mitigate, and roll up material risk.
• Support expediting key material to meet manufacturing and customer delivery dates.
• Raise material risks early and escalate to prevent shipment risk.
• Collaborate with Buyers, Commodity, Supplier Business Managers, Manufacturing, Engineering and leadership to mitigate material allocation priorities.
• Perform scenario planning based on forecasted plans to improve internal processes and prevent delays.
