Qualifications

• Minimum SPM and above (Diploma and Degree Fresh Graduate are welcome).
• Strong verbal and written communication in Mandarin and English.
• Customer service or call center/BPO experience is an added advantage.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and service requests via email, live chat, and minimal inbound/outbound calls.
• Assist customers with orders, cancellations, refunds, and general enquiries.
• Record, track, and resolve customer cases accurately.
• Adhere to workflows, system procedures, and SLA requirements.
• Provide professional and timely solutions to customers.
