Responsibilities

• Review and monitor incoming client emails and messages daily; understand requests and actions.
• Communicate client requirements to the China operations team in Mandarin and follow up.
• Prepare clear client replies in English from updates from the China team.
• Coordinate sourcing, quotations, production, quality control, packing, shipment, and order-related matters.
