Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Shipping and Logistics & Services is essential.
• Experience in handling Ocean, Air, Intermodal, or bundled logistics.
• Fluent English and Mandarin communication is mandatory.
• Strong sense of ownership and excellent stakeholder management skills are crucial to success in this role.
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia
• Dynamic, highly driven and adaptable

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and expand local business relationships across target portfolios.
• Develop account strategies and plans to drive long-term growth.
• Collaborate with product teams to align offerings with customer needs.
• Define and adjust business targets in response to market trends and asset availability.
• Maintain a broad view of the customer’s business within geography/segment.
• Identify opportunities and tailor solutions for Ocean and Logistics products.
• Monitor local NPS and drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction across accounts.
