Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years in order management and customer service in logistics.
• Read/write Chinese for supplier communication.
• Diploma or higher in any field.

Responsibilities

• Check manpower availability to fulfill orders within required time.
• Coordinate with Sales to resolve time-related issues.
• Plan, schedule, and track shipments.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and transport of goods.
• Work with third-party vendors and carriers for timely delivery.
• Develop a Daily Delivery Plan and issue operator instructions.
• Address client complaints promptly and resolve.
• Maintain documentation for operations and shipments.
• Provide regular operational reports to management.
