Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Johor Bahru is inviting Business & Logistics students for an internship in the Airfreight Department. You will learn from senior experts and gain hands-on experience across various areas of the department.

During the internship, you will participate in day-to-day operations, reporting, and planning, while contributing to audits and process improvement. The program starts August 2026 and offers a monthly internship allowance.

Qualifications

• Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain.
• Experience with customer interactions is a plus.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for both systems and physical operations.
• Drive team toward meeting customer KPIs and expectations.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports promptly and accurately.
• Assist in daily planning of operations and documentation checks.
• Ensure compliance with customers, authorities, and operating instructions.
