Job summary

Lien Huat Group is seeking a Logistics Assistant to ensure efficient export operations and documentation flow from factory to customers worldwide. You will collaborate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, government agencies, suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues and keep shipments on track.

The role offers growth opportunities as the company expands and develops new responsibilities across the logistics function.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, STPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.
• Able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Export & Shipping Coordination: Prepare and verify export documentation.
• Coordinate shipment bookings with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and courier service providers.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery while resolving logistics issues proactively.
• Liaise with insurance providers and appointed shipping agents when required.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure shipping documents are accurate and submitted on time.
