Job summary

Elite Digital Logistics is hiring at its Klang branch for a bookings and documentation coordinator. You will manage shipment bookings, coordinate with customers, origin offices, carriers and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely updates and compliance with SOPs.

The role emphasizes documentation preparation, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. 5 days work week with night shift allowance possible for night shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience with shipping documentation and bookings is beneficial.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet KPIs.
• Strong English communication skills required.
