Job summary

Bosch Malaysia seeks a Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end import/export logistics, ensuring efficient shipment execution, accurate freight cost verification, and regulatory compliance. The role serves as the primary liaison between internal teams, logistics service providers, customs brokers, and business partners to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in freight forwarding, import/export, logistics coordination, or supply chain roles.
• Understanding of import/export processes, freight management, and customs clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import and export operations including shipment coordination, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery execution.
• Verify freight invoices, monitor logistics costs, and ensure compliance with tariffs and contracts.
• Coordinate warehouse inbound activities, resolve shipment discrepancies, and maintain inventory and inbound records.
• Monitor and evaluate forwarder and customs broker performance against KPIs and service standards.
• Manage logistics-related insurance claims from documentation to closure.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and support improvement initiatives.
• Support logistics reporting, cost monitoring, and budget tracking.
