Job summary

Bosch Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Operations Executive / Senior Executive to manage daily inbound and outbound warehouse activities, including import, export, local shipments, and direct shipments.

You will monitor performance, Goods Receipt activities, shipment bookings, and capacity planning to ensure KPI achievement, while driving continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, freight coordination, or supply chain management.
• Experience with import/export operations and working with logistics service providers.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Hands-on SAP/EWM WM module experience; exposure to WMS/TMS is desirable.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including import/export and local shipments.
• Monitor performance, GR activities, bookings, and capacity planning to meet KPIs.
• Coordinate SG direct shipment flows and LSP activities, billing, stock counts, and damage claims.
• Investigate issues, disputes, inquiries, complaints, and claims promptly.
• Own warehouse reporting, KPI dashboards, and drive corrective actions for improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement via Lean, Kaizen, FMEA, and other methodologies.

• Manage and oversee daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including import, export, local, and direct shipment activities.
• Monitor warehouse performance, Goods Receipt (GR) activities, shipment bookings, and capacity planning to ensure operational efficiency and KPI achievement.
• Coordinate and manage SG direct shipment flows and logistics service provider (LSP) activities, including billing, stock count, and damage claim processes.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, shipment disputes, customer inquiries, complaints, and claims in a timely manner.
• Own warehouse performance reporting, maintain KPI dashboards, and drive corrective actions to improve operational performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Management, FMEA, Kaizen, and other operational excellence methodologies.
• Serve as the SAP/EWM Key User, providing system support and driving warehouse digitalization and logistics technology projects.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, logistics partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, freight coordination, or supply chain management.
• Experience managing import/export operations, warehouse performance, and logistics service providers is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP/EWM WM Module; exposure to WMS and TMS is highly desirable.
• Customer-focused and capable of managing multiple stakeholders effectively with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment while leveraging data to drive decisions and improvements.
