Job summary

DTC WORLD MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a hands-on Logistics Executive in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur to manage end-to-end daily shipments between China and Malaysia, coordinating with suppliers, forwarders, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.

You will work closely with customers, sales and finance, supporting warehouse and local delivery operations as needed, and optimizing shipment accuracy and documentation across borders.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics/shipping operations preferred.
• Cross-border shipment coordination experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound shipments from China to Malaysia.
• Collaborate with suppliers, forwarders, warehouse teams, customers, sales, finance and receivers to ensure timely deliveries.
