Efinix Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Logistics Specialist in Penang to coordinate shipments, maintain precise warehouse records, and liaise with contract manufacturers and engineering teams to arrange timely deliveries.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance and proactive cost reporting. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with more than three years of logistics experience, strong MS Office skills, and a proven ability to work with regulators and freight

• Good MS Office 365 skills.
• Experience working with regulators (Custom, SIRIM, MITI, MIDA) and freight forwarders is an added advantage.
• A driver, team player and meticulous with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate with forwarders/transporters on the logistic/shipment of incoming and outgoing goods in timely manner.
• Ensuring accurate and detailed record keeping at warehouse.
• Liaise with all parties (contract manufacturer/operation team/engineering team) to ensure the smoothly arrangement of shipment.
• Delivery planning & arrangement with third-party transporters and monitoring the movement of goods and ensure they are delivered on time.
• Responsible for monitoring imports and exports shipment.
• Review and evaluate customs regulations and internal customs procedures to reduce risk exposure and gain efficiency.
• Support customer’s daily requirement on logistics request, spot quote, delta cost, reporting, rate and billing clarifications.
• To support and carry out other tasks, improvement project and assignment given by superior.
• Perform tasks needed by company which adhere to company policy to ensure company’s business operation.
