Job summary

BREGO Life Sciences in Malaysia is seeking an Administrative & Logistics Executive to coordinate shipments, import/export processes and stock movements with internal and external stakeholders. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, timely deliveries, and proactive issue resolution.

The position requires organizing shipments, liaising with freight forwarders, and maintaining records. Fluency in English and MS Office skills are essential, with a focus on efficient warehouse and logistics

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, import/export, or admin coordination.
• Experience coordinating with transporters, freight forwarders, customs agents, and 3PL is a plus.
• Familiarity with import/export procedures and shipping documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs on import/export shipments and shipping docs.
• Arrange delivery schedules, transportation, and stock movement with external providers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations for timely stock movement and deliveries.
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices and other shipment-related documents.
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse operations, shipments and stock movements.
• Monitor delivery status and resolve issues with logistics providers.
• Perform other warehouse, logistics, and administrative duties as assigned by Management.
