Grab is seeking a Learning & Culture Manager within the People and Organisation Development team to lead cross-team projects that build core employee capabilities and embed shared ways of working.

You will report to the Head of Learning & Culture and drive strategic roadmaps, collaborate with vendors and stakeholders, and measure impact to scale high performance across regions.

This is a regional, individual contributor role, with a five-day onsite working practice in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose organisational needs and define learning and culture roadmaps.
• Design integrated interventions combining learning, culture, workflow, and system levers.
• Lead cross-functional delivery, manage vendors, and secure adoption with leaders.
• Measure impact and iterate to continuously improve outcomes.
