Job summary

Malaysia Marine & Heavy Engineering is seeking an Executive, Program Implementation to support capability development initiatives. You will translate assessment results into structured development plans and coordinate end-to-end programme delivery with internal teams and external providers.

You will monitor progress, ensure quality and timelines, and develop engaging learning materials, including multimedia content and visual communications, to promote programmes within the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in Learning & Development / Competency Assessment.
Training or Program Coordination experience.
Data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Familiarity with LMS.

Responsibilities

Translate competency assessment results into structured development programmes and initiatives.
Coordinate planning and execution of capability development programmes (training, on-the-job learning, etc.).
Support end-to-end programme implementation, ensuring delivery meets scope, timeline, and quality standards.
Track programme progress, delivery status, and key outcomes.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, HR, and external training providers for smooth execution.
Monitor participant enrolment, attendance, and completion to meet targets.
Evaluate programme effectiveness through feedback, data, and performance indicators.
Maintain accurate programme records, reports, and documentation.
Develop learning materials, presentation content, and communication assets.
Create digital content, multimedia materials, and visual communications.
Document training programmes through photography and videography for documentation and promotion.
Support the use of digital platforms and tools to improve learning experiences.
