Kingfisher HR Solutions Group is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a key global account. You will lead commercial discussions, drive growth strategies, and coordinate across operations, finance, engineering, and logistics to ensure flawless program execution.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business/Administration or Engineering/Science and proven experience in account or program management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration, or Engineering/Science required.
Experience in Account Management, Program Management, or Customer Management.
Strong communicator capable of presenting, negotiating, and influencing stakeholders.
Self-starter who manages pressure and multitasks effectively.
Collaborative team player in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

Responsibilities

Be the primary contact for a key global account and build trustful relationships.
Lead commercial discussions and drive growth strategies for multi-site projects.
Bridge between customer and internal teams—operations, finance, engineering, logistics.
Manage RFQs end-to-end: pricing, cost analysis, and quotations.
Identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvements.
Monitor account performance and proactively manage risks for long-term growth.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure flawless execution of programs.
