Job summary

SCG seeks a seasoned Key Account Executive Manager to own major enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth and forming long-term partnerships. You will coordinate Thai regional teams with executive leadership, ensuring delivery of digital and technical solutions aligned with strategic business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital transformation, commercial leadership, or program management in energy, manufacturing, or power plants.
• Certifications such as Six Sigma Blackbelt, PSM, or Project Management.
• Ability to work effectively across cultures and coordinate Thai/regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire high-value clients in manufacturing and power plant sectors.
• Lead end-to-end sales activities with the BD team—from lead transition to closing.
• Develop industry development plans and strategic account plans.
• Oversee full contract lifecycle to ensure quality, compliance, and cash collection.
• Build and manage strong partner ecosystems (e.g., REPCO).
• Maintain long-term client relationships and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Use data analytics to tailor technical solutions that solve real industry problems.
• Provide executive-level reporting on project performance and market insights.
• Drive 15–25% YoY account growth.
• Sustain high partner engagement and solution integration rates.
• Work with cross-functional teams and C-suite stakeholders.
