Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan RecruitFirst Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Administrator to join our team in Malaysia. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or a related field and 3–5 years' IT administration experience in multinational or industrial settings.

You will handle network management, server administration, IT security, and coordination of IT projects while supporting Windows and Linux server environments. Proactive troubleshooting and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

3–5 years of IT administration experience, preferably in multinational or industrial settings.
Knowledge of network management, server administration, and IT security protocols.
Experience with Windows and Linux server environments.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage IT projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with cloud services, virtualization, and backup/recovery solutions.
Good communication skills in English; liaising with local and international teams.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of compliance standards and data protection regulations is an advantage.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
