Job summary

AMK Technology is seeking an IT Administrator in Cyberjaya to manage day-to-day IT operations, user support, hardware/software administration, and security initiatives. The role covers network basics, asset management, and vendor coordination.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of IT experience, hands-on Windows/Microsoft 365/AD, and strong troubleshooting skills. Diploma or degree in IT-related fields is required for consideration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/2 IT support to users.
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, user accounts, and access permissions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
