Job summary

Prudential (Cambodia) Life Assurance is seeking an experienced IT Operations professional to serve as the one-stop service point for Global Technology Operations. You will understand business requirements and shape optimal implementation approaches, produce SLAs, and drive governance with internal teams and vendors.

The role requires 8–12 years in IT, strong communication in English, and proven project and vendor management skills, including insurance systems experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering or related field.
• 8–12 years of solid IT working experience.
• At least 2 years of experience managing 5–10 IT managers/technical resources.
• Experience in insurance systems is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and remain calm and cooperative.
• Strong customer service orientation and proactive stakeholder engagement.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in vendor relationship management and deliverables.
• Understanding business components of projects and liaising with business staff.

Responsibilities

• Act as a one-stop service point for Global Technology Operations on service delivery.
• Understand business system requirements and develop optimal implementation approaches.
• Produce monthly service level reports and governance meetings.
• Manage IT issues and change requests; direct infrastructure leads and resources.
• Oversee vendor delivery and ensure end-to-end service outcomes.
• Coordinate infrastructure delivery to meet regional security and policy.
• Track progress against schedule and report status to stakeholders.
• Demonstrate corporate service delivery capabilities to clients.
