Job summary

DKSH Kuala Lumpur is seeking an IT Project Manager to support end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of IT initiatives that drive business value. You will work with senior PMs, business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to ensure projects meet scope, budget, and quality expectations.

The role requires 2–5 years of IT project management experience, familiarity with Waterfall/Agile hybrids, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 2–5 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Certifications like CSM/PSM/CAPM/PRINCE2 are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience with software implementation or ERP projects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of project delivery lifecycle and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of IT projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain project documentation including charters, plans, risks, and lessons learned.
• Prepare status reports and communications for stakeholders.
