Comunidade Metodista in Malaysia is seeking an IT Recruiter (Junior to Mid) to shape, build, and scale our organization from Subang Jaya/Cyber Jaya.

You will manage full recruitment processes, source top talent across channels, and collaborate with hiring and talent teams to create effective interviewing plans and offers.

This role requires at least 2 years of full life-cycle IT recruiting, strong English, and a proven ability to work with APAC clients; Malaysians encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full life-cycle IT recruiting experience.
• Proficient in evaluating technical and non-technical aptitude.
• Experience sourcing candidates via multiple channels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a global APAC hiring environment.
• Experience in bringing and building clients.

Responsabilités

• Manage and drive full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer.
• Build a pipeline of top talent through researching and sourcing for candidates.
• Value and continue to build a great candidate experience by engaging with candidates throughout the interview process.
• Partner with hiring teams and talent team to develop and execute on sourcing strategies.
• Develop effective interview plans to support hiring managers with their decision process.
• Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers, HR teams.
