Job summary

Talent Recruit is seeking a Recruitment Consultant (Junior/Senior) to join our expanding Malaysia team. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to placement, across multiple functions for local and international clients.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and generous commission, with exposure to diverse industries and a fast-growing agency environment. You will build strong client relationships, develop talent pools, and deliver timely hires while maintaining high service

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in HR or related field required.
• 2–3 years recruitment agency experience advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support full recruitment cycle from research to placement.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for roles.
• Post jobs and manage candidate tracking and updates.
• Coordinate interview feedback and salary proposals.
• Build client relationships and understand talent needs.
• Develop talent pools and candidate pipelines.
