Job summary

Ultima Markets is seeking an IT Service Delivery & Operations role to support our global operations. You will serve as the escalation point for the service desk, onboard new hires with device and account setup, manage device lifecycle, and oversee software licensing and compliance.

Documentation and training will be part of daily tasks to ensure smooth operations. The role requires 3+ years in IT support, familiarity with multi-region requirements, and strong English and Chinese language skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of IT support or operations experience, preferably with multi-region exposure; forex/fintech sector is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in end-user technical support with hardware, software, system setup, and license management.
• Strong knowledge of IT asset planning, vendor procurement, price negotiation, PO execution, and logistics coordination.
• Proficient in both verbal and written Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an escalation point for IT service desk, providing onsite and remote support for issues or requests.
• Set up laptops, mobile devices, and user accounts for new hires, coordinating with HR during onboarding.
• Manage returned devices, inspecting, wiping, and redeploying or retiring assets per IT protocols.
• Administer software licensing and compliance, including procurement, renewals, upgrades; escalate critical issues as needed.
• Maintain IT infrastructure documentation including asset inventories, access logs, and configurations.
• Provide basic training or onboarding sessions to staff on new systems and software when necessary.
