Job summary

Ultima Markets is seeking an IT Service Delivery & Operations Support to act as an escalation point for the service desk, providing onsite and remote support, onboarding new hires, setting up devices, and managing assets in line with IT protocols.

You will maintain IT documentation, administer software licensing, collaborate with HR and Finance, and offer basic training on new systems. The role requires 1–2 years in IT support or admin, a IT-related degree, and bilingual Chinese and English.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications in Microsoft 365, Lark, or workflow automation tools are a plus but not required.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.
• Exposure to collaboration platforms (Lark, Microsoft 365, Slack, or similar) is preferred.
• Basic understanding of Lark Suite functions and willingness to learn workflow automation.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 user management and basic troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with general IT support practices (hardware setup, software installation, account provisioning).

Responsibilities

• Serve as an escalation point for IT service desk, providing onsite and remote support for issues or requests.
• Set up laptops, mobile devices, and user accounts for new hires, ensuring proper access and configuration upon onboarding, in collaboration with the HR team.
• Manage returned devices by inspecting, wiping, and redeploying or retiring assets according to IT protocols.
• Administer software licensing and compliance, including procurement, renewals, upgrades; escalate critical issues to senior management for further review and action as needed.
• Maintain IT infrastructure documentation, covering asset inventories, access logs, and system configurations.
• Provide basic training or onboarding sessions to staff on any new systems and software, when necessary.
