Job summary

Ultima Markets is seeking an experienced IT Team Lead to guide a team of IT support professionals across multiple regions. You will drive strategic decisions, oversee the IT service desk lifecycle, and ensure compliant asset management and vendor collaboration.

The role requires strong English and Chinese communication, a background in fintech/forex operations, and a proactive approach to improvements and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of IT support or operations experience, ideally with multi-region exposure in fintech/forex sector; leadership experience desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese; engaging varied stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of IT support executives with strategic guidance on daily operations and complex incidents.
• Oversee end-to-end IT service desk operations, procurement, license renewals, compliance, and decommissioning of devices and software.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires, manage vendor contracts, renewals, and performance monitoring; drive documentation and knowledge management.
