Binance seeks an experienced Finance Operations Specialist to manage Workday Financials, data integrity, and cross-system integrations in a remote-first setup across Malaysia. You’ll implement automation, support audits, and contribute to a compliant, scalable finance environment.

You will collaborate with treasury, accounting, and analytics teams to optimize processes, ensure accuracy, and document procedures. Prior crypto exposure is highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or related.
• At least 5 years in finance ops, systems admin, or ERP support.
• Strong Excel/Sheets; comfortable cleaning and cross-checking data.
• Experience building AI-assisted automations or low-code workflows with LLMs.
• Detail-oriented, process-minded, clear written communicator.
• Genuine interest in crypto/blockchain.

Aufgaben

• Administer Workday Financials: user access, roles, approval workflows
• Maintain master data (vendors, customers, CoA, worktags) consistent across systems
• Support integrations between Workday, banking, and crypto tooling
• First-line support for finance, treasury, and accounting; troubleshoot and elevate as needed
• Configure workflows and reports; take part in UAT for system changes
• Support the Workday migration: data validation, cutover, hypercare
• Support close: journal posting checks, reconciliation extracts, reporting
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and user guides
• Use AI tools to automate repetitive finance ops tasks — data cleaning, report generation, ticket triage — and document reusable automations
• Support audits: access reviews, segregation of duties, change logs

What You\'ll Do
