Job summary

Experian in Malaysia is seeking a Global People Services Manager/Team Lead to oversee GPS delivery, governance, and continuous evolution of HR service operations across regions. This on-site role partners with COEs, HRBPs, and external vendors to drive scalable, data-driven service excellence.

The position emphasizes ownership of performance, risk mitigation, and experience outcomes, enabling a unified, globally aligned HR services ecosystem across regions.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in HR Operations, Shared Services, or Global Service Delivery.
• Experience owning service performance and SLAs in regulated environments.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead end-to-end GPS service delivery for assigned regions.
• Set and govern service performance standards, SLAs, and experience metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement using data, Lean principles, and root-cause analysis.
• Partner with COEs, HRBPs, and People Technology to clarify accountability and improve hand-offs.
• Champion automation and self-service to scale HR service delivery.
• Protect business, employees, and brand by making balanced decisions on high-risk cases.
