DEMANT MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. seeks a Senior HRIT Specialist to own SAP SuccessFactors EC configuration and integrate endpoints across global HR systems.

You will design, implement, and support complex integrations using Boomi, Azure Integration Services, SAP BTP, or SuccessFactors Integration Center, enabling international rollouts and scalable HR IT solutions. You will collaborate with HR Digitalization, IT, and vendor teams to translate business requirements into robust designs, ensuring data

Qualificações

• Extensive hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience with Employee Central
• Advanced EC configuration including data models, business rules, workflows, and permissions
• Experience designing end-to-end integrations from SuccessFactors to internal/external systems
• Ability to lead HRIT workstreams and international rollouts
• Strong collaboration with HR, IT, and stakeholders across regions

Responsabilidades

• Own 2nd–3rd level SAP SuccessFactors support across EC, Compensation, and Time Management
• Lead advanced Employee Central configuration and system settings
• Design end-to-end integrations with data flows, mappings, and error handling
• Drive changes from requirements to deploy and post-go-live support
• Lead HRIT workstreams for international rollouts and governance
• Advise stakeholders while improving architecture, data quality, and adoption
• Demonstrate English fluency and strong analytical skills
