Fusion Consulting in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced SAP System Architect with HR/HCM expertise to lead the HR Mini Master (HRMM) design within an SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will define the solution architecture, ensure seamless integration with SAP and non-SAP systems, and guide technical teams through implementation and cutover activities.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SAP HCM/HR and a solid understanding of HR master data and organizational structures.
• Experience designing or implementing HR Mini Master (HRMM) solutions in SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of PA and OM within SAP S/4HANA.
• Good understanding of how HR master data is used and integrated with other S/4HANA processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA solution architecture and integration design.
• Strong technical understanding of SAP HR/HCM architecture, data structures, interfaces, and integration mechanisms.
• Knowledge of SAP integration technologies (APIs, IDocs, web services, middleware, data mapping).
• Ability to translate business requirements into end-to-end solution architecture and technical designs.
• Experience with Workday-to-SAP S/4HANA integration for HR master data.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the HR Mini Master (HRMM) solution architecture in SAP S/4HANA.
• Design HRMM data representation for employee and organizational structures.
• Oversee integrations between HRMM and SAP/non-SAP systems, including data flows and mappings.
• Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical designs.
• Collaborate with HR/HCM, integration, and technical teams providing architectural guidance.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover, and issue resolution for data/integration.
