Job summary

Hilti (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd invites a Business Analyst to join our Talent Solutions team within the HR IT function. You will translate business needs into digital solutions across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Learning & Development, partnering with HR, IT, and external vendors to deliver value worldwide.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, drive process improvements, and explore innovations including AI to shape Hilti's Talent platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration with GPA >3.5.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Affinity to Human Resources and Talent processes.
Willingness to work closely with business counterparts and strong stakeholder management & communication skills.

Responsibilities
