Qualifications

• 1–5 years experience in HR or a similar field.
• Outstanding written and verbal communications in fluent English.
• Knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations is a plus.
• Familiarity with HR systems and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support in-processing and out-processing of team members, including offer letters and background checks.
• Manage IT equipment distribution for Asia-based employees.
• Review expense reimbursements and travel requests for Asia staff.
• Assist payroll tasks and timesheet approvals for non-exempt staff.
• Support recruitment across Asia and update HR records.
