Job summary

RL KAWALAN PRO SDN BHD is seeking a Human Resources professional to manage foreign worker matters and handle core HR operations. The role emphasizes recruitment, onboarding, permits, visa renewals, hostel management, attendance, payroll data, and strict compliance with Malaysian labour laws.

Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome, but candidates with 2+ years of HR experience will be given preference.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of HR experience, preferably with foreign workers.
Familiarity with Malaysian labour laws and foreign worker procedures.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

Manage all matters related to foreign workers: recruitment, onboarding, permits, renewals.
Liaise with government authorities and service providers regarding foreign worker matters.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate hostel, transport, and welfare for foreign workers.
Support payroll data and attendance/leave management.
Ensure compliance with policies and labour laws.
Provide general HR and admin support to management.
