Job summary

C-Pak Cergas Sdn Bhd, based in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia, is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee admin across local and foreign workers in a manufacturing setting. The role involves compliance with Malaysian employment laws, hostel management, audits support, and general HR/office administration.

Candidate should have 2–3 years HR generalist experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Bahasa Malaysia and English required; Mandarin

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of HR practices and Malaysian employment requirements.
• Experience in foreign worker and hostel management is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment for local and foreign workers, arrange interviews and onboarding.
• Maintain employee personal files and HR records; manage letters (appointment, transfer, promotion, termination).
• Monitor probation, contract renewal, resignation and employee movements.
• Liaise with recruitment agencies, hiring managers and authorities.
• Coordinate foreign worker recruitment, permits, renewals and documentation.
• Maintain hostel records, room allocation, check-in/out and hostel conditions.
• Support HR compliance, audits and general administration.
